Temporary Outreach/Inclusion worker
This is a rare opportunity to join a user-lead self-advocacy charity for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
We are looking for a part-time Outreach/Inclusion worker to join our small but highly motivated team supporting people to speak up about the issues that are important to them and that affect their lives.
The role includes working with people on a one-to-one basis, facilitating Peer Support groups, Speak Up groups and enabling people to be heard in variety of settings, including online meetings with partner organisations across the South-West and beyond.
- 16 hours per week
- £12 per hour
- Base negotiable
- Car driver essential
- Lone working experience preferred
- This is a fixed term position, ending in March 2022
