The Get Real team sit on the Learning Disability Partnership Board

The team is a group of Self Advocates who come from all over Cornwall

They were elected by their peers in the areas that they represent

The team take information from the Cornwall People First forums to and from the Learning Disability Partnership Board

They speak on behalf of their peers at meetings

Get Real got it's name from their very first meeting in January 2006 in Bodmin

The name is to show that the team mean business!
