This exciting competition is open to all adults in Cornwall with a learning disability.
The competition is being funded by Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Primary Care Trust.
We would like you to produce a painting, drawing collage or photograph that represents Healthy Living.
You can be as experimental as you like, so you can have lots of fun!
Eight winning entries will be picked by our board of trustees.
The winning entries will be professionally printed and included in a pack of eight greetings cards.
They will be sold to raise money for the Cornwall People First Summer Ball!
We will need to receive all entries by:
