About Us
Read all about Cornwall People First: We are a ‘Self Advocacy Group’. We help each other. We speak up, campaigning and lobbying about things that are important to us. This means people with a learning disability or autism meeting up together to talk and have fun. We make friends. We meet other self advocates across the UK.
We have meetings to talk about services, transport, social events and lots of other things that are important to us. We talk about making choices in our lives. We work with individuals and families. We work with groups such as Cornwall’s Learning Disability Partnership Board and Autism Partnership Board, London People First and Valuing People. We join together to make our voices heard and to make a difference.
