Keeping Our Voices Alive
Cornwall People First is 30 years old this year. Unfortunately Cornwall Council have cut our funding and have told us they will not be funding us next year. This means that Cornwall People First might not be able to keep going in the future. Our members say that if this happens, the voices of people with learning disabilities and autism in Cornwall will not be heard. We have raised a petition asking Cornwall Council to change their decision to cut our funding. We need 5000 signatures for the council to debate this matter.
The on-line petition closes on 22nd September and we need your help!
Help keep our voices alive, please sign our petition here: Cornwall People First Petition – Keeping Our Voices Alive
Note that once you have signed the petition you will be sent an email asking you to confirm.
